Return Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your FirsTime & Co. purchase, and we make every effort to be clear about our simple refund policy. 

  • You may cancel your order for a full refund before the item ships within 24 hours. 
  • Once the product has been received, there will be no returns. If damaged or defective, products may be refunded minus the cost of shipping within 30 days. 
  • Damage caused by the customer's handling, transportation or use will not be covered. 
  • It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the product(s) purchased will fit into the desired room. 
  • To start the process, just fill out our contact us form or email customerservice@firstime.com, and we will send you further instructions. Proof of purchase is required. Upon verification, we will process your refund.
